Cinnamon Honey Lemon Drink

Whether in health or sickness there is a very good reason why lemon honey and cinnamon combined within hot liquid are a mixture that is a wonderful combination for improving your health and well being. Each one of these foods individually has its own wealth of nutritional and medicinal health benefits. When combined together in a hot drink they are able to help relieve the symptoms of colds, flu, sore throat, and other common bacterial or viral ailments.
